The suburb of Warrawee is located on Sydney’s Upper North Shore in the Australian state of New South Wales. Warrawee is located 21 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s Central Business District in the Ku-ring-gai Council local government region. Warrawee is primarily a residential community with few commercial enterprises. Notably, the train station lacks commercial activity, which is unusual for Sydney’s train network.

This is not to be confused with Wirawee, the imaginary tiny country town in the Tomorrow series of books for young adults by John Marsden, or the film based on Tomorrow, when the war began is the first novel in the series.
