Pearces Corner is a locality in the shire of Hornsby and the suburb of Wahroonga. It is situated at the intersection of Pennant Hills Road and the Pacific Highway, as well as the beginning of the F3 Freeway that leads to Newcastle.
Aaron Pearce (1786–1849), a convict who was sent in 1811, is honoured with the naming of this settlement. The name Aaron Pierce is listed in the Geographic Names Board entry, however the majority of regional history books just use the surname ‘Pearce’ or ‘Pearse.
