The farmhouse had fallen into disrepair, but thanks to the new owners and the help of the National Trust, it has been restored. The region that is between Raby and Denham Court was given the name Varroville in 1972 when it was given its official designation. The town of Minto once included the entire region. St. Andrews Road is considered to be the primary thoroughfare in Varroville. In the beginning, this was just a dirt path that went around St. Andrews property, which was owned by Andrew Thompson.
